This policy explains what personal information we collect when you contact us or use this website, why we collect it, and what we do with it. It is written to meet our obligations under Malaysia's Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA).

What we collect

When you contact us. If you message us on WhatsApp or call, we collect the details you choose to send, which usually include:

• Your name and phone number
• Your location, so our technician can reach you
• Your vehicle registration number and model, so we bring the correct battery
• Your preferred time
• Any photo of your battery you send us

When you visit this website. Google Analytics records your approximate location, device and browser, which pages you viewed, and which buttons you tapped. This is collected through cookies. We do not ask for your name or contact details on the website itself — there is no form to fill in.

Why we collect it

• To find you and bring the right battery for your car
• To carry out the installation and confirm the car starts
• To honour the warranty on a battery we supplied, which is why we keep a record of the vehicle and the battery fitted
• To reply to your enquiry
• To understand which parts of this website are useful, in aggregate

Who else sees it

Your enquiry reaches us through WhatsApp, which is operated by Meta and subject to their own privacy terms. Website analytics are processed by Google Analytics. Those are the only third parties involved.

We do not sell, rent or trade your information to anyone. We do not send marketing messages to people who contacted us about a battery.

How long we keep it

We keep your enquiry and job details for the length of the battery warranty — 12 or 18 months depending on the battery — plus a reasonable period afterwards, so we can honour a warranty claim. Analytics data is retained according to Google's own retention settings.

Your rights

Under the PDPA you may ask us to:

• Tell you what personal data we hold about you
• Correct anything that is wrong or out of date
• Stop using your data, or limit how we use it
• Delete your data, where we are not required to keep it for a warranty

Cookies and analytics

This website uses Google Analytics cookies to count visits and see which pages are used. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, or install Google's opt-out add-on. The website works normally either way.

Changes to this policy
